Two incredible Nanni Valenti ceramic sphere shaped boxes for Ceramica Arcore, Italy circa 1960s. These two ceramic lidded boxes pair extremely well together in both size and sophisticated colors. The larger box measures 5.5" diameter by 4.5" H and is glazed in pale green, gray and dark brown. The hole on the top does not pass through into the box. The smaller box measures 3.5" diameter by 3.25" H and is glazed in rust and dark brown. The lid is split in the center of the form and the hole passes through to the interior of the box. Both are signed to the underneath. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
